Introduction

ArchiPal is a term we created specific to the professionals we work with, who can bring their pre-obtained skillset to the table. These are people who can apply their knowledge to serve a segment of society that is currently devoid of accessible and enabling building related advice. ArchiPal is a virtual company with no office, consisting of 12 people based all over the world. Most of us are part-time, working on average 10-20 hours a week.

Right now, we are excited to be recruiting active (or dormant) ArchiPal sellers who can contribute their skills to making our small business come alive, which potentially, could be you! This is an open position, where you tell us how we can expand this business together.

Who are we looking for?

The perfect candidate for ArchiPal is someone who thinks on their feet when solving intriguing design problems, can self-direct their project management, is able to break large tasks into manageable loads, and asks for help when they need it.

Challengers, enablers, and collaborators are who we need at ArchiPal. 3-4 years of experience in your field is recommended, but not required. What we value most is a strong body of in-production work!

Every role is client-focused, self-motivated, and business-minded. If you hate meetings and love to travel, and/or if you plan to be a CEO yourself someday, this may be a good fit for you.
