This package of products will allow your ArchiPal to review the current condition of the building and give you some ideas as to what might be done with the outside of your building. Design works in this package might be for repair, maintenance or upgrade, as well as new features for the building such as porches and entrances. This package can also address designs for groundworks and landscaping. This design work could also cover adaptation measures such as new renders or cladding new cladding. Some products need to be there for your ArchiPal to deliver a proper service for this package, but you may wish to deselect some products that you don\u2019t need.<\/p>\n

Who is it for?<\/h2>\n

These products are for owners or managers of domestic properties where outside work is needed.<\/p>\n

How we deliver?<\/h2>\n

Executed through remote consultations using digital technologies on the ArchiPal platform, this assessment project would require visual references from the client by way of photographs, videos and existing drawings to show relevant areas & sizes.<\/p>\n

  1. The ArchiPal may ask you, the client for clarifications by way of a questionnaire or may seek clearer photos or videos of certain things that are not clear from supplied materials.<\/li>\n
  2. The ArchiPal would send a markup sketch\/drawing highlighting missing areas or photos that would aid this clarification process.<\/li>\n
  3. Certain aspects or features may need to be measured and specific dimensions forwarded by you to ArchiPal for greater clarity of the scale of the problem areas during this initial clarification process.<\/li>\n
  4. Based on the information and visual content provided your ArchiPal would prepare a draft proposal including design aids like mood boards, workflow diagrams or a presentation that they would deem appropriate to initiate discussions with you.<\/li>\n
  5. The ArchiPal would via the ArchiPal platform schedule a 30-minute virtual discussion session with you to discuss these ideas and make note of your responses.<\/li>\n
  6. Your ArchiPal would then prepare a final assessment & proposal including a detailed video talk explaining to you the nature of the problem, the possible remedies, and the manner of going about the execution aided as deemed necessary by diagrams and visuals. This video would be available to you to revisit and share with any commissioned fabricators.<\/li>\n
  7. Upon receiving the video, the client would get (within the time window of 2 weeks) the opportunity to raise a set of questions, seek clarifications or request a few revisions from ArchiPal and their proposals.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Representative images of the exterior and inside; plans if you have them. Any other building reports<\/p>\n

    Based upon supplied images and video of your site an ArchiPal would make an informed assessment of the critical issues and conceptualize possible solutions. They would then prepare an explanatory video that would enable them to explain the issue and the proposed solutions including their intended finish. A mood board of ideas showing diagrams of possible solutions along with the suggestion of probable costs and nature of the executing agency would be shared to aid the process of execution.<\/p>\n
