This product will allow you to get a full picture of the state of the building and its condition. Your ArchiPal will identify building defects, signs of decay or damage such as roof leaks, cracks, condition of the windows and doors as well as floors, chimneys, and rainwater goods. The survey may also identify issues with services and drainage and highlight areas where a more specialist inspection is required. This will ensure key defects are not missed and allow you to plan repairs and upgrade from an informed position. The report will also outline remedial measures and show indicative costs.<\/p>\n
